You should be loving your body just as it is NOW. It has, afterall, done everything you've told it to do. It has given you what you secretly wanted. Protection from your deepest FEARS. It looks exactly as your THOUGHTS have told it to look.
But, what if you delve deeper and find the CAUSE of your fear and hence your weight problem? You then develop a loving relationship with your body. Treating it with the love and respect it is worthy of, feeding it foods that it feels like, engaging in pamper and relaxation sessions. You tell it it deserves to be at it's ideal weight and look how you "see" yourself in your ideal form and shape. What will it do then? You're body will listen.
