Stiff Leg Deadlifts
- 115 kgs x 7 reps
- 120 kgs x 6 reps
- 130 kgs x 2 reps, drop 3

Lying Leg Curls
- 80 pds x 8 reps (really really short)
- 80 pds x 8 reps (getting a little better)
- 80 pds x 4 reps (just stuffed)

Leg Press
- 160 kgs x 10 reps - wide placement
- 160 kgs x 25 reps - knees and feet together
- 200 kgs x 20 reps
- 240 kgs x 20 reps
