BUGGER, BUM, POO!!

The comp this Saturday is a Bench Press only comp not all 3 lifts as I first thought so not entering but just going to go for a looksie if anyone's interested in coming with me??

Incline Barbell Press
- 50 kgs x 9 reps
- 55kgs x 4 reps + 4 (shoulders coming forward)

Bent Over Barbell Rows
- 75 kgs x 10 reps + 10 (getting upright)
- 80 kgs x 10 reps

Overhead DB Tricep Extensions SS with
- 15 kgs x 12 reps + 8
- 15 kgs x 20 reps
- 15 kgs x 13 reps + 1

Lying Bicep Curls
- 20 kgs x 13 reps (scary hard)
- 20 kgs x 11 reps
- 20 kgs x 8 reps
