- 120 kgs x 4 reps

Lying Leg Curls
- 70 pds x 17 reps + 3
- 70 pds x 15 reps (getting short)
- 70 pds x 10 reps

Wide Stance Leg Press
- 140 kgs x 10 reps
- 160 kgs x 10 reps
- 180 kgs x 10 reps

Yeah right. As if that was nice!
