Training = 4.30 am 45 mins piss poor cardio otherwise known as low intensity steady state
Feeling = Ah fuck it! The body is willing but the head is not. For the first time in a very long time I was awoken by the alarm from a deep, deep sleep. Training sucked with with a throbbing headache that every time my heart rate started to rise my head thumped harder. Somehow, I'm not so sure that this week's mission of cleaning up and clearing out is going to be pleasant for the first couple of days. But, on the other hand, I feel it's something that I must do in order to get my digestive issues sorted out or at least eased and hopefully by the end of the week my body might just start to function as it should.
