THE SECRETS OF SUCCESS!!

Training = 4.30 am 25 min "Shit Hot" circuit + 20 mins elliptical, 5.30 am client cancelled so out in the fresh air for a 50 min run/walk (I'm on fire today!)

Feeling = My 20 tips for success:

1) Put yourself first sometimes.
2) Believe and you will achieve.
3) Practise positive self talk.
4) Do not allow negativity to enter your mind.
5) Employ the 7 P's - Prior Planning and Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
6) Schedule your training in your diary and don't miss your appointment. (Do you miss brushing your teeth everyday?)
7) Plan your meals a day or three in advance. (Think about where you will be, what facilities eg microwave will be available, do you need to pack food to take with you)
8) Cook and/or pack what food you need for the following day the day/night before.
9) If you don't eat many carbs at least make sure you have some after training.
10) Make a commitment to yourself.
11) Get emotional support from a coach/friend/training buddy.
12) Set realistic and achievable goals.
13) Step outside of your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
14) Drink your fluids.
15) Be accountable to someone other than yourself.
16) Make a plan and execute it.
17) Don't make excuses.
18) Feel good about changing your life for the better.
19) Eat a food that you really love EVERY single day.
20) Love yourself!
