Breakfast - oats with vanilla whey and dairy farmers thick & creamy honey yoghurt

Steam and chat with Liz for recovery and relaxation purposes
Morning tea - 70 grams oats with vanilla whey - I've a new goal - aiming for 100 grams in the mixing bowl. Yep, doesn't bother me one little bit that I venture out into the food court of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre with my mixing bowl filled with oats.
Packed ready for Lindeman Island tomorrow
Lunch - chicken, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, sweet potato + some natural peanut butter eaten straight from the spoon
Shopping for plane snacks, sunscreen and aftersun care lotion (there's bound to be some sunburn on someone)
Afternoon tea - fruit puree, yoghurt, protein powder + slim secrets & pepsi (for you Liz)
Snooze on the lounge
Dinner - garlic & parmesan fish, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini (have now eaten all of the fresh veges in the house before going away)
