Chest & Biceps

10 minute tready warm-up
Activation/Mobility Drill

She says "bench press"

I think "yay - she's forgotten pushups first"

2nd set in she mentions pushups next

I think "shit - damn - I didn't outfox her"

She laughs, I snarl!

Session finishes

We head for Sumo Salad and a catch up

Glad she's back. Tomorrow back & triceps.
