Feeling = Massive big fat scotch fillet steak coming my way for dinner. Nummy nummy!!! I don't usually eat much red meat but must say I'm really looking forward to it. By late yesterday afternoon I could see change. My muscles are filling up nicely and I have veins buldging all over the place. Sporting a rounded belly and a bit of fluid but what do I expect after a bucket load of water and increased sodium intake. Today should get that sorted out. If not I'm fooked!
